1. I really Love Your Art, But I Want Something Custom. How Do I Order A Custom Piece?

   Thank you so much for your interest! I am not currently taking custom orders at this time. However, you can absolutely check back as this is something I hope to do in the future.

2. How Will I Receive My Order?

   All orders will be shipped within 5 business days, via USPS priority shipping with a tracking number. I will send you an email to let you know when your order has been shipped!

3. Do You Offer Payment Plans?

   I do not offer payment plans on my Pottery Offerings.

4. What If I have To Cancel My Order?

   In the event that you need to cancel your order, please reach out as soon as possible. If I have not yet mailed your piece, I will refund all payments. If your purchase has been shipped, your order can not be cancelled, and no refund will be issued. All shipped orders are final.

5. How Does A Pre-Order Work?

   Currently all of my offerings are READY TO SHIP. In the event I place a pre-order option in the shop that means that item is NOT READY TO SHIP. You are reserving that item for a future date when it does become available, and you will receive said item before any more of that item are made public in my shop!
