Photography Q’s

How Do I Book? || The best way to book is to contact me! You can submit a form via email. Include dates you are considering, any questions you might have, and I will get back to you ASAP!

How Will I Receive My Photos? || You will receive your photos via an online gallery. Once you receive your gallery, the images are available for immediate downloading and sharing. This means you can start to view, share, and print your photos the moment you receive them.

This Is My First Time On Camera! What If I feel Nervous? || This is very normal and expected. It’s my job to get you feeling comfortable, safe, and relaxed. I can direct and coach you as needed to make sure that you are getting the shots you’ve asked for!

Do I Get Sneak Peeks? || Absolutely! Expect Sneak Peeks within 7-10 days of the shoot.

How Long Do I Have To Wait For The Full Gallery? || Your complete gallery of photos will be delivered in 3-5 weeks.

Will You Travel? || I will travel! I think it’s important to meet you in your most comfortable and natural habitat. Travel fees may apply when I travel more than 20 miles outside of the 01930 zip code. Any and all expected travel fees will be discussed during our booking consultation.

Do You Offer Payment Plans?

Payment plans are available for any session/package over $300.

Payment plans can be broken up over the course of time between when you book and when the date of the session is set to happen.

All payments are due in full within 48 hours of the date you have booked your appointment for.

Cancellation Policy

What If I have To Cancel or Reschedule?

In the event that you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. I ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice so we can reschedule in a timely manner. If we are unable to reschedule, and a minimum of 48 hours notice was given, I will refund all payments, but the deposit. If less than 48 hours notice was given, I reserve the right to retain the deposit as well as any other fees that may have been incurred due to travel/rentals/etc.

What If You Get Sick?

In the case that I become ill, or can no longer keep the appointment due to an Act of God or Outstanding Circumstances, I will contact you immediately so that we can reschedule. If we are unable to reschedule I will coordinate for a substitute photographer to fill my place. If a replacement cannot be found I will refund any payments that have been made.
